Purpose
This page sets out practical advice for gambling in a way that stays enjoyable, and it points to independent organisations that help when it stops being that. It does not run any control itself. Anything that manages how much or how long a person gambles lives in an account at an operator's own site, not here.
Before You Start

This site receives nothing when a reader follows one of them. Beyond being independent sources of help, nothing further about what each organisation does is described here.
Age Restriction and Operator Warnings
The eighteen-and-over restriction is repeated throughout this site, including on the front page and at the end of every operator listing. Each of the ten operator listings ends with the same line: check availability and the current terms at the destination before claiming anything, because eligibility rules and terms apply there and can change without notice. Everything a reader can actually do with money happens after leaving this site. Each operator link redirects to a third party, and from that point the destination's own rules, checks and account controls apply, not anything published here.
What This Site Cannot Do
Controls such as deposit caps, loss caps, reality checks, cooling-off periods or self-exclusion belong to an account held at an operator. This site has no account, no form and no server-side application behind it, so nothing published on these pages can switch such a control on, check its status, or enforce it.
